ORLANDO -- Casey Anthony's attorney filed a fiery response to a hearing and deposition scheduled by attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez.

The court has set a hearing Friday in this case, however, it might not happen.

Casey's civil attorney, Charles Greene wants the 10 a.m. hearing canceled and he wants her deposition postponed.
