NEW YORK CITY -- Casey Anthony's lawyer told the Today Show's Matt Lauer on Wednesday that his client would be in danger and need security if she has to return to Florida under a judge's order in a check fraud case.

Baez said that that bringing Anthony back to Florida from an undisclosed location would just add to what he called the "circus-like atmosphere" around her case.
