Casey Anthony's Attorneys Fight Judge's Probation Order

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's lawyers filed a motion Tuesday to challenge her court-ordered probation for check fraud. Casey is supposed to be in court on Thursday, but her lawyers are trying to keep her in hiding.

New photos of Casey reportedly strolling through Columbus, Ohio were posted on a celebrity news website early Wednesday morning. TMZ.com says she has been bouncing around the country since her release (Read more). But Casey may have to come back to Orlando if there is no hearing scheduled on Wednesday to discuss the issue of her court-ordered probation.

Circuit Judge Stan Strickland waited a year and a half to tweak his written order for Casey's sentence of one year probation for check fraud. But he might have waited too long.
