CANADA • Stephanie MITCHELL, 17 ~ Amaranth ON

AMARANTH - The Nottawasaga OPP is looking for a 17-year-old Amaranth girl who went missing last Friday.

Stephanie Mitchell was last seen July 29 around 11:30 p.m. at her home in Amaranth located southwest of Alliston.

She is described as Caucasian with brown/black shoulder-length hair, brown eyes, 5’8” tall and 129 pounds with a slim build. She was last seen wearing blue track pants and a red T-shirt.

She is originally from the Port Colborne area but is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call police at 705-434-1939 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

Police said its working on releasing a photo of Mitchell to the media.

Missing seventeen-year-old Stephanie Mitchell went missing from her Amaranth home (near Orangeville) on July 29.
She is originally from Port Colborne but has been known to frequent Toronto and Hamilton.

Stephanie Mitchell: LOCATED


A missing 17-year-old girl thought to be in Hamilton has been located in Burlington.

Stephanie Mitchell, who went missing from her Amaranth home (near Orangeville) July 29 was located safe and sound Thursday evening.

Dufferin Ontario Provincial Police said Friday the teen, originally from Port Colborne, was found in the Burlington area.
