CANADA • Celine Lynn JOHNNY, 15 ~ Abbotsford BC

August 9, 2011 - In the early hours of Thursday, July 28th the Abbotsford Police Department initiated a missing person investigation involving a 15 year old female named Celine Lynn JOHNNY. JOHNNY was residing in a home operated by a charitable society and left that location a few hours prior to police attendance. Initial information was that JOHNNY was planning on meeting a family member at a local mall with a view to spend time in the Metro Vancouver area.

In the days that have passed since JOHNNY was reported missing, the Abbotsford Police have been in contact with friends, family, community resources and other police agencies in various areas of the Province. To this point JOHNNY has not been located although it is still believed that she is in the company of a family member.



JOHNNY has medical needs which include the fact that she is supposed to carry an EPI pen (for allergic reaction) with her at all times and requires the use of an inhaler. She is 5’0” tall, weighs 110 pounds and has brown hair and eyes.

The Abbotsford Police is requesting public assistance in locating Celine Lynn JOHNNY. If anyone has any information concerning her whereabouts they are asked to contact the APD at 604-859-5225.

Celine Lynn Johnny: LOCATED, safe

A missing Abbotsford teen has been found safe with her mom in Williams Lake.

Sgt. Casey Vinet said police have learned that Johnny spent a few days with her aunt before making her way to Williams Lake. RCMP in that area came across Johnny when checking at her mom's home.

Police had been concerned because Johnny has medical needs that include having to carry an EpiPen for allergic reactions and an inhaler, and they wanted reassurances that she was OK.
