ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's attorneys filed an emergency motion Wednesday that could stop her probation.

The document was filed with the 5th District Court of Appeals in Daytona Beach.

Anthony's attorneys said the probation sentence would be illegal. They cited bias from the original judge in the case and mentioned an interview Judge Stan Strickland gave to WESH 2 News.
