Mission teen goes missing during camping trip
August 22, 2011 - A teenager has been reported missing after friends last saw him walking away from his Mission campsite with two unidentified women.

Mission RCMP say 17-year-old Brayden Beaudry walked away from the site on Sunday, August 21, at about 12:30 a.m. and it is believed he left with two women he had just met to walk back to the District of Mission. Family and friends have not seen or heard from him since.



He was camping with friends on Burma Road, and witnesses report seeing a man, possibly Beaudry, walking along a gravel road, just before the turn-off to Rocky Point, between 1 and 3 a.m. that night.

One of the women is described as being about 19-years-old, about 5ft 9” with just-past-the-shoulder black/brown hair, a very slim build, and wearing dark clothing. It is believed her first name is Alisha.

The second woman is described as being about 17-years-old, with dirty blonde/brown hair with bangs and the rest of her head shaved. She is about 5ft 5” tall with a medium build, and wearing “skater-style” shoes and shorts.

Beaudry is described as being 5ft 9” tall, with ear-length dark brown hair, and blue/green eyes with a scar over his right eyebrow. He has a tattoo on his right forearm saying “Steven Rice”, and a tattoo of his right shoulder of a hand holding five playing cards, showing the “Ace” card value. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with “Ramous” written on the front and blue jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Mission RCMP at 604-826-7161. For those wishing to remain anonymous call CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-8477. A reward of up to $2,000 will be paid for any information that leads to the arrest or charge.

Brayden Beaudry: LOCATED


Brayden Beaudry was located early this morning, 2011-08-23 in Mission, safe and sound. Brayden has been reunited with his family.
