September 02, 2011 - The Winnipeg Police Service’s Missing Persons Unit is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 13 year old female by the name of Chelsey OSBORNE. She was last seen the evening of Wednesday August 31st, 2011 at approximately 9:00 pm in the West Kildonan area of Winnipeg.

The Winnipeg Police Service considers OSBORNE to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being exploited or victimized and investigators are very concerned for her well-being. OSBORNE frequents the Downtown and West End areas of the City. Her main modes of travel are on foot or via Transit.



OSBORNE is described as Aboriginal 5’04”, 144 lbs with a medium build. She has medium length brown hair that and brown eyes.

Chelsey Osborne: LOCATED

September 19, 2011 - Police have located 13-year-old Chelsey Osborne, they said in a release Monday.

The girl had been missing Thursday in the West End.

Police thanked the public for their help in finding the missing teen.
