ORLANDO, Fla. -- Judge Belvin Perry held a hearing Friday to determine how much money Casey Anthony may have to pay back for costs in the investigation of her daughter's disappearance.

A jury found Anthony not guilty of killing her daughter, but found her guilty of lying to investigators about Caylee Anthony.

Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick called several witnesses to testify about the hours detectives worked and other investigative costs.

The state was expected to argue that the investigation cost more than $500,000.

The Fifth District Court of Appeals granted Perry a 30-day jurisdiction over the matter. Legal analysts said that is the only way he could proceed with the hearing.

Perry did not immediately issue a ruling.
