William Cuellar is a 40 year old Hispanic male. He is six feet tall
and weighs 140 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen
wearing a white and blue vertical striped shirt and jeans. He is driving
a white SUV possibly a Ford Expedition or Explorer. It has a Georgia
license plate with the second letter being a Q.

Delaware State Police have cancelled an Amber Alert
that had been issued Friday afternoon for a 4-year-old boy and his
19-year-old mother after they were found safely.

Milford Police were searching for Lizzet Vazquez and Andy Lee Martinez who were last seen at
their residence on the 100 block of McColley Street in Milford, Del.

According to police the
young mother and son were taken against their will by 40-year-old
William Cuellar. Milford police say Cuellar is in custody.
