Girl Missing From Cleveland Believe To Be Endangered

Cleveland police have issued an endangered missing child advisory for a girl who has been missing since August 21.

Police said that 16-year-old Vivian Gloria Buildt was last seen on Linwood Avenue in Cleveland around midnight on August 25.

Vivian is a white female standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.
She has short straight brown hair that is dyed red and brown eyes.

She has two tattoos, the word "BLESSED" on one arm and the word "CURSED" on the other.

Police said that Buildt has her 1½ year old daughter Hailey with her. Hailey is described as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information regarding the location of Vivian is asked to call Cleveland police at 216-621-1234.

Last seen on the street at midnight - wrong. Is she a drug addict? Prostitute? WTH do we let these kids have their babies? Damn I get sick of all these cases. That poor toddler is in extreme danger!!! Where's FF Nancy Grace and all the rest? She needs to be found urgently.
