In related news, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony will be in court later this week to try and prevent a suicide note written by George from being made public.
Attorney Brad Conway filed a motion to stop the state from releasing the note.
Conway says it contains personal information and is irrelevant to the criminal case against Casey.
George wrote the letter in January after threatening suicide.

Casey Anthony's parents don't want the note her father wrote the night he threatened suicide in January to be made public, papers filed in Orange Circuit Court late Tuesday show.
George and Cindy Anthony's attorney, Brad Conway, wants Orange Circuit Judge Stan Strickland to stop the state from releasing the note with investigative documents that will become public in a few weeks. He requested a hearing for later this week.
He said the note contains personal information that could be "embarrassing" to the family. He said the contents of the letter were irrelevant to the criminal case, in which Casey Anthony, 22, is charged with killing daughter Caylee Marie, 2.
Distraught over his granddaughter's death and the arrest of his daughter, George Anthony threatened to kill himself in January. Police took Anthony to a hospital Jan.23 after finding him at a Daytona Beach motel with what appeared to be a suicide note. Family members reported him missing after he sent messages suggesting he wanted to end his life.
