KAISER BAILEY - 2 yo - Rolla (US 44; SW of St Louis) MO

An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 2-year-old boy from Rolla.The Rolla Police Department is looking for a child who was last seen
at 1349 E HWY 72 #D9 Rolla, MO just before 6 Saturday night and is
believed to be in danger.The boys name is Kaiser Bailey.He is a 2 year old White Male with light brown hair and Blue eyes.He is believed to be 3 ft, weighing 30 lbs.He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with red lettering and brown shorts.Authorities say that the child may be in the company of Nathaniel Bailey.

He is a 33-year-old White Male with Brown hair and Hazel eyes.He is believed to be 6 ft, weighing 195 lbs.They may be traveling in a Light Blue Jeep Cherokee or Light Blue Geo Tracker.Police say Nathaniel Bailey abducted Kaiser Bailey from the front yard of Kaiser's residence in Rolla.Nathaniel Bailey has no parental rights to Kaiser.Nathaniel Bailey is known to be violent and use drugs.

ROLLA, MO -- Update: Saturday, Oct. 8 at 9:43 p.m.:

The Rolla Police Department said Kaiser has been found and is safe. Nathaniel Bailey is in custody.

Rolla police thanked the Missouri State Highway Patrol, St. James Police, the Phelps County Sheriff's Department, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
