MAKENZIE JENNINGS - ~15 yo - Mahaska Co/ Rose Hill/ Oskaloosa IA

Makenzie Jennings of Rose Hill has been missing since about 6:00 p.m. last night.

Jennings left school sick with her mother around 11:00 a.m. on
Monday, October 10. Her mother went to Oskaloosa to get groceries and
Jennings stayed home to rest.

Upon returning, several things were out of
place and Jennings was not home. Her parents contacted Mahaska County
Sheriff’s Office to report her missing.

The Sheriff’s Office as well as friends and family have spent all
night looking for her and contacting everyone who may know something.

Makenzie is a sophomore at Tri-County.

Mackenzie E. Jennings, 15, was reported missing to the Mahaska County Sheriff's Office on Oct. 10, 2011.

The Mahaska County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that Jennings was
located today, Oct. 11. More information is expected from the Mahaska
County Sheriff's Office Wednesday, Oct. 12.

More information on missing teen released

OSKALOOSA —
Mackenzie E. Jennings, 15, was reported missing to the Mahaska County Sheriff's Office on Oct. 10, 2011.

The Mahaska County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that Jennings was located on Oct. 11.

The Sheriff's Office, along with family members, search the
surrounding area that entire night. At approximately 10:15 a.m. Oct.
11, Mackenzie was located in Fremont. She was unharmed and was checked
out by a physician as she had spent all night outdoors.

The Mahaska County Sheriff's Office would like to thank the local
media for their help in securing Mackenzie's safe return home.
