Police in Oskaloosa are looking for a missing girl from North Liberty.

Sierra Stout, 15, has been missing since about 8 p.m. Friday night in
Oskaloosa, where she had been visiting family. Oskaloosa police are
asking for the public's help in finding her, even entering her in the
National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.Stout
is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds with a thin build and
shoulder-length black hair in which the back is dyed brown. She has a
scar below her bottom lip. She was last seen wearing black, skinny
jeans, a brown sweater dress, black wool coat and a black knit hat.
Anyone with information on Stout's whereabouts is asked to contact the Oskaloosa Police Department at 641- 672-2557.

Sierra Stout has been located and is safe




Sierra Stout is safe and her family is on their way to retrieve the juvenile from Salina, Kansas.

Sierra is currently in police custody awaiting her families arrival.
“A big relief” stated Travis Stout, Sierra’s father, on knowing that she is safe.
“She called a friend back here, told her where she was, gave her a
phone number and address where she was” Stout said, is how they became
aware of her location.
“Appreciate everybody with all their efforts, thoughts, prayers, and
kind words of support.” “The support my family has gotten has been
absolutely amazing” “It’s nice that when you face a big family crisis
you live in a community that jumps behind ya, and supports ya all the
way.” Stout commented on the efforts in a brief phone interview just
moments ago.
