Alexis Cucinotta, 14, was last seen at Rite-Aid on Thursday night, according to reader reports.

Cucinotta was last seen at Rite-Aid at about 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan.
5, according to reader reports. East Providence police are working on
the case, said a detective.

According to Facebook, Alexis attends East Providence High School.

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - A missing East Providence teenager has been found safe and sound.

Police say Alexis Cucinotta was located Monday night at a family member's house in Providence.

The 14-year-old high school student was reported missing after she was last seen with a friend Friday.

Police believed the teenager may have been endangered.
