CLEVELAND, Ohio—

The Cleveland Police Department is asking for the
public's help in finding a missing 13-year-old girl who did not return home from school on Friday.

Police say Kaylen A. Torres was last seen leaving Scranton Elementary School on Scranton Road at around 3 p.m. Friday.

Kaylen is 5'1" tall, 140 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. She was
wearing a black puffy coat, black jeans and a white shirt.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Kaylen Torres is

CLEVELAND -- Police have located a teen who was reported missing after she didn't return home from school Friday.

Police say Kaylen Torres was found at a library at E 83rd and Lorain
avenue, safe and sound. She was reported to be in "good health."

Police weren't able to immediately determine her whereabouts during the time when she was missing.

Kaylen Torres was last seen leaving school around 3 p.m. Kaylen goes to Scranton Elementary School on Scranton Road.

Police continue to investigate where the teen was.

In the mean time, police offered thanks to the community for efforts put forth in finding Torres.
