Police Ask for Help Finding Missing Teen

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio — The Richmond Heights Police Department has asked for the public’s help to find a missing teen.

Chasity Middlebrooks, 15, has been missing since early Saturday morning.

According to the police department, Middlebrooks has a history of
mental health issues and takes medicine for depression and bipolar
disorder and may have complications from being deprived of her
medications.

Middlebrooks is 5’2″ tall, weighs 150 lbs. and recently moved to Richmond Heights from the Broadview Heights area.

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio — A spokesperson for the Richmond Heights Police Department says that a formerly missing teenager has been located.

RHPD Det. Darren Porter says that Chasity Middlebrooks, 15, was found in Broadview Heights on Monday night. She was immediately returned home.

Middlebrooks had been missing since early Saturday morning.
