missing juvenile considered at risk due to age.

13, 5’3” tall, 100 pounds, brown hair and eyes is a repeat runaway who
frequents the downtown and Oildale areas.Anyone with information
regarding the whereabouts of Villegas is encouraged to call the
Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
