ACTIVE AMBER Alert: Urijah Keene – Bristol,TN

Incident

An East Tennessee AMBER Alert is being issued for the Bristol
Police Department for 3 month old Urijah Keene. He is a white male with
gray-blue eyes, blonde hair and is 22"long and weighs 13 lbs. He was
last seen wearing a red onsey with a collar. He will have band aids on
both legs and as a birth mark on his upper right leg. He along with his
mother was kidnapped by his non-custodial father, Daniel Keene. Keene
took the mother to Bristol Virginia and released her but fled with
Urijah. There is an active order of protection against the father for
both subjects. Keene is a 42 year-old male with red hair and blue eyes.
He is 5'7" tall and weighs 160lbs. He was last seen driving a silver
2000 Ford Mustang with Tennessee Tag 811WZR. The driver's side window is
broken out. He also has tattoos on his back left calf and right calf.
Warrants are being issued at this time for Aggravated Kidnapping.

3-month-old Bristol boy found safe, Amber Alert canceled

BRISTOL (WATE)
- A three-month-old Bristol boy was found safe Friday afternoon,
canceling an Amber Alert. But authorities say his non-custodial father
is still on the run.

The baby, Urijah Joe Keene, was found by Johnson City police.

Authorities say the baby and his mother
were kidnapped by his non-custodial father, Daniel Keene, 42. He took
the mother to Bristol, Virginia and released her, then fled with Urijah.

There's an order of protection against Daniel Keene for the mother and baby.

Daniel Keene has red hair and blue eyes. He's
5'7" and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen driving a silver 2000 Ford
Mustang with Tennessee tag 811WZR. The driver's side window is broken
out.

Authorities say Daniel Keene tattoos on his back left calf and right calf.
