Iberia Sheriff’s Office searches for missing girl
April 17, 2012
NEW IBERIA — The
Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in
locating a 16-year-old girl who was last seen April 11 at 211 Orange Grove Ave.
Shakia Anthony is a black girl with brown hair and
brown eyes. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds, the
Sheriff’s Office said.
She was last seen wearing red pajamas and a New Iberia Senior High sweatshirt, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies
asked that anyone with information on her whereabouts to call Sgt. Ron
Nicholas at (337) 369–3711, (337) 519-4091 or (337) 364-1764.
