Could judge order disclosure of Casey Anthony’s location?

ORLANDO -- The Case Against Casey Anthony heads back to court Thursday.

The judge could force Casey's attorneys to give up her location.

Anthony has been in hiding somewhere in Florida since being released from jail last July.

She is serving a year long probation for check fraud charges and is not allowed to leave the state.

Attorneys representing Zenaida Gonzalez want Casey on the stand at the civil trial scheduled for January.

They need to find her though, in order to serve a subpoena for her to appear.

Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation.

"In 99 percent of the cases, this wouldn’t even be an issue because the whereabouts of the defendant wouldn't be in question. This is a unique case,” said attorney for Gonzalez, Matt Morgan. “I am hopeful the judge will see it our way and have her respond to our discovery request like every other civil defendant out there."

The hearing is set for 8:30 a.m.
