Amy and Kiomarie to be deposed by Baez

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The state is preparing to make another large release of evidence in the case against Casey Anthony in the coming days.
A spokeswoman with the state attorney's office said some time next week she's looking to put out hundreds of pages of new material.
Casey Anthony, 23, is in the Orange County Jail charged with murder in the disappearance of her daughter, Caylee Anthony. Caylee's remains were found in a wooded area off of Suburban Drive near the Anthonys' East Orange County home.
Also next week, Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's attorney, plans to depose the Anthony's former volunteer security guard, James Hoover.
Baez said he wants to probe more deeply in to why Hoover and private investigator Dominic Casey searched the woods where Caylee's remains were later found.
Baez will also depose two friends of Casey Anthony, Amy Huizenga and Kiomarie Cruz. In addition, four corrections officers and three Orange County deputies will also give sworn testimony.
Hoover was just deposed Wednesday in the Zenaida Gonzalez civil suit.
