"Baby John" CASTRO-LICON - under 1 yo/ Accused: Parents-Omar and Laura - Visalia/ Fresno CA

A Visalia couple has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder of their infant son.
Policecsaid Omar Licon, 23, and Laura Castro, 24, brought the child into the
Kaweah Delta Medical Center emergency room with a head injury. Police
investigated and, because of the injury's severity, arrested the couple
Friday for attempted murder and felony child endangerment.
The child, under 1 year of age, was transported to Children's Hospital Central California where he is in critical condition.
Police are investigating the injury's cause.
