LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man is missing,
and the Clark County Sheriff's Office in Indiana is asking for your help
to find him.

According to a news release, 19-year-old
Ethan H. Bennett has not been seen or heard from since Sept. 11, at
approximately 11:30 p.m.

Monday his father Tony Bennett begged him to
come home: "If there's anything you need, anything you want, any help I
can get you, please let me know. If you can't come to me I'll come to
you. Just know that your family loves you very much."


Bennett's parents contacted the sheriff's
office after a caretaker of the family's property noticed he was gone.
The family's 2001 silver Jaguar is also missing. The license plate on
the vehicle is an Indiana tag with the designation, "RJU784."

Bennett is a white male, 6'-2" in height,
with brown hair and blue eyes, weighing 176 lbs. He was last seen
driving his parents' Jaguar in the Sellersburg, Ind. area.

"The Bennetts' stated that this type of
conduct is very out of character for their son, and both are very
concerned for his safety and well being," the sheriff's office states.

The teen's parents say he's currently not in
enrolled in school and is having a hard time finding a job. They also
say they're worried about his state of mind. "Anytime someone would
disappear without any contact," Tony Bennett says, "when you have a very
large family and friends it just leads you to wonder."

This young man, 19 year old Ethan Bennett, has not been seen since
Tuesday, September 11th. If anyone has seen him or knows of his
whereabouts, please contact the Clark County Sheriff's office. I can't
begin to imagine how frantic his parents must be...I have posted this in
the Sellersburg Forum, but am also posting it here, hoping it will
increase the number of people who see it.

SELLERSBURG — The family of Ethan Bennett has announced it is offering
$1,000 for information on the whereabouts of the missing Sellersburg
man.

Bennett, 19, was last seen by a “minor” family member around 11:30 p.m.
on the night of Tuesday, Sept. 11. Bennett is now being sought by the
Clark County Sheriff’s Department to verify his well-being, and other
local law-enforcement agencies are aware of the search.

Search continues for Ind. teen who went missing 1 month ago

(WHAS11) -- Clark County detectives and the family of 19-year-old Ethan
Bennett are asking for help in locating him. Bennett has been missing
since September 11. He left his Sellersburg home in a silver 2001 Jaguar
while his parents were out of town. He told a family member he was
going out for a bit, but never came back.

"Ethan is very social and he has a lot of friends and that's part of
what disturbs me is that he hasn't had any contact with them from what I
can tell," said his father, Tony Bennett.

His parents said he left without his cellphone and doesn't have a way to support himself.

"For this individual to come up missing and just be gone for a week with
no contact, it's alarming," said Detective Randy Burton.

The plate number on the Jaguar is RJU784. Officers said the case is not
considered criminal. Anyone with information is asked to call their
office at 812-246-6996.

Body in wreckage confirmed as that of missing teen

NEW ALBANY, Ind. —

Southern Indiana authorities confirm a body found inside a wrecked car is that of a teenager who vanished in September.
They say dental records confirm the body is that of 19-year-old Ethan Bennett of Sellersburg.
The
decomposing body was found was found in his parents' car after it was
spotted in a Floyd County ravine Friday by a helicopter.
Bennett was last seen alive on Sept. 11.
Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson says it's logical to conclude the car had been in the ravine for three months.
Police have said they don't suspect foul play.
