An Albuquerque man will spend the next 20 years in jail for the death of his girlfriend's 1-year-old baby. Christopher Martens pleaded no-contest Friday to child abuse causing the death of Ethan Garcia. Investigators said the baby was beaten and had massive head trauma. Martens told them she was injured in the bathtub.
