ORLANDO --
Casey Anthony's lawyers were able to convince a judge to ban any mention of her criminal trial at her upcoming civil trial.
Both sides agreed not to mention it at a hearing Thursday morning at the Orange County Courthouse. However, they said jury selection is "fair game."
Casey Anthony was acquitted last year of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in 2008.
Now, she faces a defamation lawsuit from Zenaida Gonzalez, who claims she was harassed and threatened after Anthony told investigators a fictitious nanny with the same name kidnapped her daughter.
Earlier this week, Anthony's lawyers also announced they also want to move her civil trial out of Orange County. That hearing is scheduled for Oct. 30.
Gonzalez's lawyers said the motion for a change of venue was only an attempt by Anthony to delay the trial.
Casey Anthony's lawyers said she is no longer in Florida after completing her probation for check fraud over the summer.
