Amber Alert issued for Cayley Rose Owens of Randolph County

DENTON, N.C. —A man was arrested Thursday after an alleged abduction of his 4-year-old daughter at gunpoint during a home invasion, Randolph County deputies said.
An Amber Alert for Cayley Rose Owens was issued around 4 p.m. It was canceled just after 5 p.m. after Calem Scott Owens, 20, was taken into custody.
Cayley also was found safe.
The incident began around 1 p.m. Thursday when deputies had responded to a reported home invasion at 7591 Volunteer Rescue Road in Denton. That's where Cayley lived with her mother and grandparents, deputies said.During the invasion, Cayley was abducted at gunpoint by Calem, deputies said.
Deputies immediately charged Calem with breaking and entering, larceny, possession of stolen goods and robbery with a dangerous.
