CINCINNATI -- Police are seeking a teenage girl missing since Sunday from the West End.

Philicia Owens

Officers said 16-year-old Philicia Owens was last seen around 8 p.m. at an apartment in the 1900 block of Freeman Avenue.She was described as a black girl about 5 feet 9 inches tall and 130 pounds.She was wearing a black jacket, light blue pants and Timberland boots, police said.If you know anything about this case, call Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040.

Philicia Owens appears to be missing still.
