4 found dead, including infant and teen in S.E. OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY – One person is in custody after an infant, teen girl and two women were found murdered inside a southeast Oklahoma City home.

Police said they are holding 40-year-old Daniel Green on first-degree murder charges Thursday.

Authorities said all four bodies had trauma consist with homicide when they were found in the house on the 4600 block of S.E. 79th St. near I-240 and S. Sunnylane Rd.

Victims:
- 57-year-old Sallie Green (Authorities confirmed Sallie is Daniel Green’s mother)
- 16-year-old Katherine Cizek
- 34-year-old Rebecca Cizek
- 6-month-old Amario Dominguez, III

Mid-Del Schools released this statement about losing student Katherine Cizek:

“The faculty and staff of Mid-Del Schools is mourning the loss of one its students today, Katherine Cizek, Del City High School sophomore. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to the family during this time of tragic loss. Thank you for your concern at this difficult time.”

The Sonic Group released the following statement on the loss of their employee, Rebecca Cizek:

The franchisee, the Kinslow Group, who owns and operates this drive-in, is saddened to learn of the death of one of our employees of fifteen years. We send our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends. Counseling will be offered to all crew members, who are deeply saddened at the loss of their colleague.

Officers said they went to several convenience stores in the area and asked the clerks to call 911 if they saw anyone matching Green’s description. A short time later one of the clerks alerted authorities.

Police found Green, pulled him over for a traffic violation and after interviewing him, took  him into custody.

Neighbors say they didn’t know the family well, but they had frequently seen Daniel Green walking the street. They say he often talked to himself or spoke to them about previous lives.



A teen named Megan spoke with crews on the scene. She said she and Katherine were friends and she was close with the family.

Megan said, “All of them were like family. I could go to them for whatever. They were just so nice.”

Mid-Del Schools released a statement Thursday saying Katherine was enrolled as a sophomore at Del City High School. The district said they are mourning the loss and expressed “sympathy to the family during this time of tragic loss.”

Megan also knew the suspect. However, she was shocked to find out he was the one arrested for the crime.

Megan said, “I didn’t think he’d ever do something like that.”

His Facebook page showed he had an infatuation with a Disney star, Selena Gomez.

At this time police have not released any information on a motive in this homicide.

Police said the victims and Green all lived in the home together.

Daniel Green faces a judge in connection with killing 4 family members

OKLAHOMA CITY — We’re learning more about the prime suspect in the murders of four people, including a six-month-old baby boy. The victims were gunned down late last week inside a Southeast Oklahoma City home. The Medical Examiner now says all four family members suffered gunshot wounds.

Daniel Green, 40, went before a judge this morning on four counts of murder and was denied bond.

Court records show Green’s father was interviewed by police and said his son was diagnosed as schizophrenic. When police asked if he thought his son was capable of murder he said, “deep down inside, he thought (Daniel) could.”

Seven-month-old Amario Dominguez, his 16-year-old sister, Katherine Cizek, their mother, 34-year-old Rebecca Cizek, and 57-year-old Sallie Green were all found murdered inside a Southeast Oklahoma City home last week that they shared with Green.

Green was denied bond during today’s video arraignment and formal charges are still pending.

When police were called to the home after the bodies were discovered, Green was not there.

He was arrested a short time later after a traffic stop.

According to the probable cause affidavit, once Green was in custody he reportedly said he could have emptied a magazine on his family but didn’t remember.

Green also said he was leaving because his family was stopping him from being with his one true love and that he was heading to California to be with that person.

While court documents don’t say who Green’s “true love” is, his Facebook page reveals a graphic infatuation with actress, Selena Gomez.

The Medial Examiner’s office also released information showing all four victims died of gunshot wounds. Police did find a gun in the vehicle with Green when he was taken into custody.

The diagnosis of schizophrenia is something experts say will likely play a major role as this case moves forward.

Attorney Garvin Isaacs said, “When someone’s a schizophrenic sometimes they talk to themselves sometimes they have visual hallucinations.”

Isaacs says cases involving mental illness are tough for everyone involved.

Isaacs said, “That trauma is there forever. They will never forget this.”

As the case moves forward, it is possible Green could use his mental state in his defense.

Isaacs said, “The criminally insane are sent to mental hospitals to protect the public and be treated for their mental illness.”

At this time, the judge said formal charges have not been filed because the case is still pending review by the district attorney’s office.

Selena Gomez-obsessed Fan Murdered Whole Family

An obsessed fan of Selena Gomez have been arrested for murdering his family. The 40-year-old man, Daniel Green, murdered his mom, sister and two children at their Oklahoma City home on Aug 21.

A family friend saw four bodies and bloody footprints and alerted the police. Daniel's 57-year-old mother, Sallie; his 34-year-old sister, Rebecca Cizek; and her two children, Katherine, 16, and Amario Dominguez III, seven months, died in cold murder. The kids all suffered from gunshot wounds to the head.

According to the neighbours, another relative found the family members dead and ran outside. Titus Story, who lives a few houses down, shared that while watching a movie at home Wednesday night, he saw lights flashing outside about 11:30 pm. However, he did not give it much thought. He thought nothing of the ambulance until the police cars arrived and the area was wrapped by crime scene tape by officers. This is when Story started to think of Daniel Green.

"Is there a guy in there about 40 years old?" Story and a neighbour asked the police. "We wanted to know because he always walked everywhere and he didn't walk far. We didn't know if he was out and about, roaming around."

This started a manhunt.  By 4vam, Green was picked up by the police. According to police report, Green was picked up in traffic "a short distance away."  He was jailed in Oklahoma County Jail until Thursday for four complaints of murder. 

Daniel Green's obsession with Selena Gomez can be gleaned from his Facebook posts. Daniel statuses include, "i want her too be my eternal wife and the queen of my kingdom forever." In a chilling post, Daniel also threatened Selena's ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber. "Justin Bieber is going to get a bullet in his head," Daniel posted.

This obsession may be taken account in Daniel Green's trial. Selena Gomez has yet to react to this.
