Mansfield man accused of raping toddler

MANSFIELD, OH (WOIO) -
A Mansfield man is locked up on $1 million bond.

Phillip Elliott, 59, is in Richland County Jail accused of raping a 3-year-old girl.

Elliott pleaded not guilty in Mansfield Municipal Court and is expected back in court Thursday Oct. 3. at 1 p.m.

According to police, he could face more charges.

Elliott could get life in prison if convicted.

Men like him should be castrated, period.  I hope he gets life.  He could of killed that little angel.

I hope they have DNA evidence and if he did it Hope he rots in prison and is gang raped daily.

I think he's guilty.  I don't think they would make an arrest like this without proof positive.  JMO.
