Will Casey Anthony have to answer questions? Hearing today in Tampa

Casey Anthony's bankruptcy will return to a Tampa courtroom this morning for a hearing on whether she should be forced to answer the questions of a woman suing her for defamation.

Attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez filed a complaint in July, seeking to prevent their defamation suit from being wiped away by Anthony's bankruptcy.

They want to question her under oath, but Anthony's lawyers have asked U.S. Bankruptcy Judge K. Rodney May to prevent the deposition originally set for last week.

May is expected to hear argument from both sides 11 a.m. at the Sam M. Gibbons United States Courthouse in Tampa.

In their motion, Anthony's lawyers argue Gonzalez's claims lack merit, and her lawyers already conducted a deposition for their lawsuit in state court.

If Anthony was deposed again, she would rely, as she did before, on her Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination to avoid discussing her daughter's death, her lawyers say.

In a response filed Tuesday, Gonzalez's legal team writes that Anthony's has failed to establish that any "harm or prejudice" will result from the deposition.

Gonzalez sued after Anthony told authorities in 2008 that a similarly named nanny had kidnapped her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

Authorities determined the nanny didn't exist and the girl was dead, but not before Gonzalez was interviewed by investigators and linked to the case in the media.

After an ultra-high-profile trial in 2011, Anthony was found not guilty of murder in her daughter's death. She has been in hiding ever since.
