A bankruptcy judge will hear arguments Tuesday in federal court in Tampa about whether Casey Anthony should be forced to answer questions from the attorneys for a woman suing her for defamation after a combative deposition earlier this year.
Anthony, accompanied by her attorney Cheney Mason, invoked her fifth amendment rights several times in response to queries from Zenaida Gonzalez's attorneys during a Jan. 23 deposition.
Gonzalez's lawyers are asking the judge to let their lawsuit survive Anthony's Chapter 7 bankruptcy because of the "willful and malicious" damage done to their client's reputation.
Anthony was accused and later acquitted of murdering her young daughter, Caylee, in Orange County.
In the deposition, Anthony claimed that a woman she identified as Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, a former babysitter, was a real person she last saw in 2007.

But in court, Anthony's defense attorney Jose Baez said the nanny was fictional.
During the more than two hours attorneys questioned Anthony, she refused to answer many questions but offered the most expansive publicly available comments since her acquittal.
Attorneys say Anthony made comments before the trial saying Gonzalez was a suspect, information that her mother Cindy gave to reporters.
Anthony defended herself saying she couldn't control her mother's actions.
The woman reinforced near the end of the deposition that she never blamed Gonzalez for Caylee's disappearance.
"That's never been the case and that will never be the truth. So let's get that straight right here and now. You can ask a hundred more ridiculous questions. I'm not going to answer them," she said. "I'm done here."
