Missing Robeson County boy found safe

LUMBERTON - A 1-year-old Robeson County boy who was the subject of a statewide Amber Alert has been found and is safe, the Robeson County Sheriff's Office said this afternoon.
Jaylon Marcus Bullard and his mother, Candice Locklear, 21, both of Red Springs, were found about 11:45 a.m., Maj. Anthony Thompson said.
They were with Shamael Ellerber, 23, who is alleged to have kidnapped the child, Thompson said.
The alert for the boy and Ellerber was issued this morning, but investigators only recently learned that Locklear was with them, Thompson said.
Further details were not immediately available.
