Police Searching for Missing Nelson Co. Woman, and Her Two Sons

BARDSTOWN, Ky (WBKO) -- Kentucky State Police Post 4 in Elizabethtown is asking for help from the public in locating a Nelson Co. woman along with her two juvenile sons. Rachael Lynn Madison (42) picked up her two sons, Jacob Cole Stone (8 )and Morgan Lee Stone (6) from school on January 31, 2014.

The father, who is the primary residential custodian, has had no contact with the children or Ms. Madison since that time.

A warrant for Custodial Interference has been issued out of Nelson Co. Ky. for the arrest of Rachael Lynn Madison.

Possible locations include the Nelson Co. area, Salem, In., Georgetown, In., and the Louisville area.

She is thought to be operating a silver 2011 Honda Pilot with Indiana tag # EN2348.

Ms. Madison, as well as both children, are entered into the NCIC database.

Trooper John Adams is handling the investigation.

Wanted Mother, Missing Sons Located In Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky (WBKO) -- A wanted Nelson County woman and her missing juvenile sons have been found in Bowling Green.

Kentucky State Police say around 6:00 pm Monday, they received information that 42-year-old Rachel Lynn Madison-Stone and her two sons, 8-year-old Jacob, and 6-year-old Morgan, were possibly staying in Bowling Green.

Madison-Stone and her sons were last seen on January 31, when she picked them up from school.

Troopers found the vehicle Madison-Stone was thought to be driving, with the license plate removed, behind a residence on Porter Pike in Bowling Green.
