JACOB STONE - 16 yo Mentally challenged - Huntington Beach CA

A mentally challenged 16-year-old from Huntington Beach went missing on Thursday.

Jacob
Stone is white, about 5-foot-1 and weighs 130 pounds. He has brown hair
and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a red-and-blue athletic jersey,
tan shorts, white shoes and white socks, police said. Jacob was reported missing at 3:10 p.m. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Huntington Beach police at (714) 960-8825.

Huntington Beach Police have found a mentally challenged teen who was reported missing Thursday afternoon.

Jacob Stone, 16, was reported missing at 3:10 p.m.

Authorities actively searched throughout the night.

Huntington Beach Police received a call from the Orange County
Transportation Authority at about 10:20 p.m regarding Stone's
whereabouts.

Stone was on one of the OCTA buses in Santa Ana in the area of 6th Street and Flower.

He was found safe and was transported home by detectives.
