(SPRINGDALE, Ohio) – A statewide AMBER Alert for a 5-year-old girl from Hamilton County has been canceled.
Officials say Kelcie Hawkins is safe.

The AMBER Alert was issued Saturday morning after Kelcie was taken by her father, 34-year-old Kaelin Terron Hawkins. Police said Hawkins is suicidal.

The alert was canceled at 7:45 a.m. after Kelcie was found safe.

Police are still looking for Kaelin Hawkins.They say he is armed with a knife. He has threatened to kill anyone with him. He was last seen operating the listed vehicle. Unknown destination.

Suspected Vehicle: 2003 Chevrolet Suburban, Dark Gray. Ohio license plate #FNV7233
