Chicago man allegedly runs infant over with SUV in horrific attack caught on video
In an extremely disturbing video released after the chaotic early Monday incident, the infant's mother can be seen hanging halfway into a moving SUV while dangling her baby away from the car door by one arm. The infant somehow falls and lands just before the vehicle's rear left wheel.

Joseph Fults, 46, of Chicago's South Shore has been charged with domestic battery after he allegedly beat not only his girfriend and her son but ran her 8-month-old daughter over.

A Chicago man allegedly threw an 8-month-old girl out of a moving car before running the child over in a horrific attack that was caught on video.

In an extremely disturbing video released after the chaotic early Monday incident, the infant's mother can be seen hanging halfway into a moving SUV while dangling her baby away from the car door by one arm.

"Hey! He just threw my daughter, G. Call the police on his a--," she screams at someone off camera.

Once the car door appears to shut, the SUV lurches forward and the little girl drops on the ground directly in front of the SUV's left rear wheel.

The car then begins to race away while appearing to run the baby over to witnesses' screams. The mother's 7-year-old son then bolts toward the front of the vehicle but manages to miss getting run over himself.

The video, obtained by the Chicago Sun-Times, was apparently taken by a witness who was filming the scene with his cellphone.
