Scam Alert: Kid Finders and The Anthonys are charging people for free software

I need all of you to help. Please go to this site:

They are falsely advertising FREE software. When you click on the ad, you get charged $9.95 for what they call a “download fee”. There is no such thing as a downloading fee.

go to this link here and read the email Exchange between the poster and Kid finders director. Its ridiculous how they are explaining there reasons for charging.
I dont know how they are allowed to get away with this and if its non profit how is Cindy and George Paying there bills they both dont have jobs.

A while ago I reported the Scamthonys and KFN to the FL Attorney General for charging $$$ for "free Software".

I received the following email today:

Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum received your email regarding your
concerns on Kid Finders/Extreme Search and Rescue and he asked that I
respond on his behalf. I apologize for the delay in responding to your
email. Our office is experiencing a large increase in our phone calls and
correspondence at this time.

Attorney General McCollum is concerned as well with potentially unfair and
deceptive trade practices that mislead consumers. By law, this office
exercises statutory authority to address consumer fraud under Chapter 501,
Part II, Florida Statutes, known as Florida's Unfair and Deceptive Trade
Practices Act. Our office focuses its enforcement efforts on business
practices by companies which harm numerous consumers in more than one
judicial circuit. We use complaints to develop information about patterns
of business activity which may indicate the need for formal investigation
or action by our office to protect the broad public interest. I am
forwarding your correspondence to the Attorney General's Economic Crime
section for review. What action, if any, this office may take is unknown
at this time.

You may also wish to contact the Florida Department of Agriculture and
Consumer Services, Division of Consumer Services (DACS) for a
determination of any jurisdiction they may have. The DACS is the state
agency that registers solicitations of charitable donations by non-profit
