BAEZ FILES MOTION TO POSTPONE HEARING

Late Monday afternoon, the Casey Anthony's defense team announced it filed another motion.

Jose Baez and his team are still fighting to keep the public from seeing the
jailhouse video that shows Casey's response to learning a child's
remains, later identified as Caylee, were found in December.

Monday, Baez asked the court to postpone the next hearing in regards to that tape.

Two weeks ago, the judge delayed his decision on the issue so that lawyers representing
the media could weigh in.
