I have e-mailed the local daily paper regarding this. Her picture is off the NCMEC website but there has been no press follow-up to the story. Hopefully I will have some resolution soon...

I received this e-mail today from the paper in the nearby town~

/A Raceland man who kidnapped a 15-year-old juvenile from her home
community of Amelia earlier this month was arrested Thursday in Miami
on a felony warrant for aggravated kidnapping.
Jose Luis Santos, 23, was arrested by the Miami Police Department and
also charged in Florida with two counts of lewd/lascivious battery on
a child between the age of 12 and 16 years old, St. Mary Parish
Sheriff David Naquin said.
Naquin said the juvenile, who knew Santos, was abducted from the
Amelia area and reported missing June 19.
The female juvenile has been returned to her parents and Santos is
awaiting extradition to Louisiana after the charges levied against
him by the Miami Police Department are resolved, the local sheriff
said.
The sheriff’s office and the U.S. Marshals Task Force also were
involved in the investigation.
