BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. -- A woman who pleaded guilty to drunken driving during a crash that killed her son was sentenced on Tuesday morning.
Kimberly Rodeghier lost control of her car on A1A in Brevard County. Her 5-year-old son went through the windshield and died.
She pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide last month.
Rodeghier will serve four years in prison followed by one year home confinement and 5 years probation.
