HARMONY VIELLE - 9 months - Moses Lake WA / Montana

A 9-month-old girl is missing from Moses Lake, and an Amber Alert has been issued.

Authorities said the baby, Harmony Vielle, was last seen early
Tuesday. According to information from an Amber Alert bulletin, the
baby's father took his daughter from her Moses Lake home after a
domestic assault involving the baby's mother. The bulletin said the
father may be headed to Montana.

The baby is described as about 20 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. No clothing description was given.

The bulletin said the 18-year-old father, Kevin Vielle, is 6-foot-1 and about 180 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes.

Authorities said he'd been driving a 2005 Dodge Neon with Washington
plates 705WAO. However that vehicle later was located abandoned, the
State Patrol said. Anyone with information is requested to call 911.

Heights Elementary School on the Larson Air Force Base near Moses Lake.
