She is still missing and is still not in school and still with a 25 year old man that should have been put in jail back in November 2009 when she was picked up at his apartment. His name is Frank Brown and his mother's name is Nanette Brown, she may be in the California area now.

IN COLORADO IT IS OK FOR ADULT TO HAVE SEX WITH A
16 YEAR OLD GIRL THAT IS WHAT THE POLICE OFFICER SAID TO ME WHEN THEY PICKED HER
UP IN NOVEMBER OF 2009 AND TOOK HER TO A TEEN CRISIS CENTER WHERE FRANK BROWN
CAME AND PICKED HER UP AGAIN, NOW I HEAR THAT SHE IS WITH A CHIILD AND NOW 17
AND THE POLICE SAID SHE IS A ADULT IN COLORADO SO WE CAN'T HAVE HIM ARRESTED AS
LONG AS HER IS THAT STATE. CALIFORNIA IS HER HOME AND IF SHE IS PICKED HERE WITH
HIM HE WILL GO TO PRISON. NO ONE WILL TRY TO HELP HER AND HIS MOTHER IS THE ONE
GIVING THEM MONEY SO SHE CAN GET A GRANDCHILD FROM HER, VERY SICK I KNOW BUT

Well, that's not true, no matter what the police officer said to you. It is most definitely against the law for a 25 year old guy to have sexual relations with a 16 year-old girl. She is not considered an adult under the law....unless she has been legally emancipated from her parents...even then, it is still statutory rape...and if it is true that his mom is giving them money, then the mom could be considered as an accessory. Do you know where this girl is, Dave?
