KASSANDRA MONIQUE TORUGA - 17 yo - Mesa AZ

Mesa police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old girl they consider endangered.
Kassandra Monique Toruga was last seen in the area of the 7300 block
of East Brown Road in Mesa on Friday. She was scheduled to come home
from school about 3:30 p.m. that day, but did not.


Toruga, who is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds, has brown
hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black skirt and black
jacket with gold lettering, according to police. She could be wearing
glasses.
She is on medication and has been without it since Friday, police said.

MESA – Police need help finding a missing and endangered juvenile in Mesa.
Kassandra Monique Toruga, 17, suffers from Schizophrenia and has reportedly tried to commit suicide in the past.
Kassandra has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a
black shirt, a black jacket with gold lettering and may be wearing
glasses.
Kassandra was supposed to be home from school on Monday at about 3:30 p.m. but never arrived.
She was last seen on Monday in the area of the 7300 block of East
Brown Road in Mesa. Police say the girl has not had her required
medication since Monday.

A missing Mesa teen with a history of suicide
attempts was found safe Thursday morning after a friend contacted
police, officials said.
Kassandra Monique Toruga, 17, who had been missing since Monday, requires medication for schizophrenia and paranoia, according to a statement released by the Mesa Police Department.
Toruga was returned to her sister in good health, said Michael
Melendez, spokesman for the Mesa Police Department. The sister said she
would call a crisis hotline for assistance, he said.
Police sought help from the public after Toruga failed to come home from school Monday.
Toruga's friend told police where she was staying. Police did not disclose the location.
