MICHAEL MATA - 15 yo/Developmentally Disabled - Chicago/Wentworth IL

Police are looking for a missing teen from the Bridgeport neighborhood, and they're asking for your help.

Michael Mata, 15, is developmentally disabled. He was last seen on
Monday afternoon, getting off a school bus at Tilden Achievement
Academy High School in the 4700 block of South Union Avenue.

Mata failed to show up for classes, police said.

He was last seen wearing a black skull cap, a black a black wool
jacket, and a black zip-up hoodie. He was also wearing a white polo
shirt, a white T-shirt, a brown belt, black Dickie pants, and black Doc
Marten shoes, police said.

Investigators say Mata is known to frequent the area around 47th Street
and Union Avenue, as well as west suburban Northlake and Elmhurst.

UPDATE:
Early Friday, Chicago police said Michael Mata was found safe by Oak
Park police and returned to his family. No other details were released.
