SCHEMYRA BUTLER - 17 yo Disabled - Trenton NJ

Police in Trenton, New Jersey are searching for a missing 17-year-old girl who has some mental challenges.
The girl, Schemyra Butler, was reported missing by her mother on
Wednesday.

She said she last saw Butler around 1:00 a.m. inside the
home, but at 8:00 a.m. she was not there. Butler's last known address is the 10th block of Lee Avenue. She is also known to frequent the areas of West State Street, Parkside Avenue
and Sanhican Drive. She is described as an African American female, brown skin, 5'04" tall, 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Investigators say Butler has the mentality of a 3rd grader, so her whereabouts are a concern. Trenton Police have located a missing juvenile who was reported missing on Wednesday, August 19th.

Shemyra Butler, 17, who has a reported diminished mental capacity, was
said to be missing by her mother. According to Butler's mother, Shemyra
was last seen in their home at 1 a.m. but reported missing by 8 a.m.
the next day.

The teenager, described as a brown skinned female about 5'4" and 160
pounds, brown eyes and black hair, was found shortly after 2:30 p.m.
Thursday.

According to investigators, foul play was not suspected and it was
believed that Schemyra was still in the Trenton area. It's also
reported that this was not the first time Butlers has been missing for
a long period of time, but due to her diminished mental capacity her
whereabouts was of a more serious concern.
