OZARK, Ark. -- A man originally accused of killing his niece has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.Charles Richart and his wife Wanda are accused in the 1999 slaying of their 14-year-old niece Christina.In 2008, Charles Richart confessed to helping his wife bury her body on their property in Franklin County.On Wednesday, he pleaded guilty to a charge of hindering apprehension and was sentenced to serve 20 years in prison.Wanda Richart's trial on a first-degree murder trial is scheduled to begin on Monday.
