SAVANNAH ANDREWS - 14 yo (2010) - Bakersfield CA

Bakersfield police are asking for your help to locate a missing teen, who they say is at risk.

Savannah Andrews, 14, was last seen with an adult man who provided alcohol for her and a friend Wednesday night.

Police
have contacted that man, but he claims he dropped Andrews off around 9
p.m. on the corner of Mount Vernon and Columbus and that she got into a
black car, possibly a Nissan sedan, driven by another man.

Police are concerned that Andrews may be meeting adults she met on the internet.

Anyone with information is asked to call Bakersfield police at 327-7111.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- Police are searching for
a 14-year-old girl who they said is at-risk due to her age and
association with adult men. Police are concerned that she may be

Savannah Andrews was
last seen in the company of an adult man who police said provided
alcohol for her as well as her girlfriend.Police said the girlfriend returned home,
yet Andrews remained with the adult man.
The man was contacted by police and he told them that he dropped Andrews
off at Mount Vernon Avenue and Columbus Street around 9 p.m. on
Wednesday.The man told police that he saw Andrews get into a
black Nissan mid-sized sedan driven by an unknown man.
Andrews is described as white. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 125 pounds.
She has brown eyes and blond hair.

Nothing new. Still missing. Bumped up.

Mother pleads for daughter's safe return

"I just want her to come home. If it's a case where someone has her
somewhere and just please let her come home bring her somewhere close by
if you don't want to bring her home," said Heidi Andrews.

She's the mother of 14-year-old Savannah Andrews who reportedly went missing
Wednesday night after meeting with friends at a parking lot off Planz
and Stine Roads in southwest Bakersfield.

Police say Savannah and a female friend got into a car with a man who was drinking alcohol.
The friend was dropped off, but Savannah stayed in the car. Her mother
says Savannah sent her a text message saying she was on her way home,
but she never showed up. "I just want her home safe whether it's
something she did on her own, I just want her to come home," added Heidi
Andrews.

Police say the man dropped Savannah off at the corner of Mount Vernon and Columbus, and saw her get into a car with a male.
Her mother believes that man had a social networking page, but after Savannah disappeared, so did his site. Police say they believe Savannah may be meeting adult men through the Internet.

Her mother is not so sure about that, but she is sure she wants her daughter back home. "If anybody knows where she is please let us know." If you have seen Savannah Andrews, please call the Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111.
