RED BANK — Police here are searching for a 17-year-old
girl who ran away from the Collier Group Home on Monday, officials said.
Natalie Buzzetta-Caputo, who is from Toms River, was at the facility
for treatment for bipolar disorder, said her mother, Lisa Caputo.



Capt. Darren McConnell said investigators believe the girl left the
facility voluntarily and does not want to be found. He stressed she has
done nothing criminal and does not face arrest. The
missing teen weighs 125 pounds, is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and has long,
dark brown hair and blue-green eyes, her mother said. She may be in the
area of Lakewood or Toms River, police said. Police
around Monmouth and Ocean counties are participating in the search for
the girl. Anyone with information should contact Red
